I have outlined all of my current income and put what income I will be on in a few weeks time. It's a freepost address, but it's an a4 packet rather then a letter, so I'm not sure if they'll ask me to pay for it to be sent tomorrow?.

I was thinking tonight what account I should use and stick to for my main current account. I've got Lloyds TSB Classic (Downgraded from silver), HSBC Advance and Barclays Bank Account (If they accept my application I made last week). Everythings currently going in and out of Lloyds, but my wages are still going into HSBC as there is a 1 month wait to change bank accounts at my work, so my next pay will go into lloyds.

3 current accounts is a lot. I want to just keep one and use it, that way I can get a relationship going with the bank and they can see my income/outgoings, rather then switching bank every few months.... which one should I use?
Use the account which has been running the longest..if marginal then declare both. If your wages are credited to HSBC then technically that is your MAIN account so include your stements from that. Again, may be worth adding a covering letter explaining your TSB account and also your current Barclays application.
3 applications on bank accounts is a lot in a short period but explain your thinking as regards building a relationship with ONE bank.
Wish you the very best of luck, at least with an appeal it will be looked at by a HUMAN :j

EDIT...Just re-read your post and it would appear you are talking which bank to build a realationship with and not just in regard to you BC application...
As said before longest running to a degree should be best in terms of internal scoring but who will YOU be happiest with.
From what I can gather they all operate internal scoring and limits so even the Barclays account (if you get it) could be attractive in a few months.
Think about service received so far, facilities offered and/or available and work from there.

    HSBC
Local branch is open 24/7 with machines
    Great internet banking
Nice looking debit card (I'm a snob :p)

    India call centre
    Charge for text banking

    Lloyds
    Update at 12.01am usually
    UK call centre
    save the change
    free text banking

    ugly card
internet banking isn't as good as HSBC

    Barclays
    Professional bank
I want a barclaycard, so might help in future

    India call centre
long cues at my local branch
pin sentry for online banking is a pain
    no text banking

That about sums it all up

Difficult one judging on what you have posted with regard to facilities..
Hate indian call centres for every transaction so that's a big minus..
May be worth applying to upgrade HSBC account bearing in mind the excellent overall service, £12.95 per month for plus ?

Alternatively stick to TSB..Nobody sees your card these days anyway and 'persevere' with internet banking.

Barclays may be an option but take into account future transactions you may undertake..the 'reserve' facility could prove very expensive, long queues are a major obstacle if in a rush and talking to a personal banker in Bombay definitely wouldn't appeal if a query needs sorting quickly.
See how Barclays applications go then decide, if you get your credit card I would be tempted once in better paid work to try for 'PLUS account and leave small amounts in others or just shift money around for green zero's

I originally had the HSBC Plus account, but downgraded to Advance as I thought it wasn't worth it. I did like the 24/7 UK telephone banking, nice looking debit card and free text banking, but didn't use the breakdown cover or travel insurance.

Going by what you say..the tsb account is probably your better bet if you use telephone banking a lot.
I do all of mine online with Natwest despite UK call centres, have no need for them.
If like me, you can conduct everything from your PC then stick to HSBC as their reputation amongst others seems to be far better.. May also..years from now help you to obtain a First direct account which is even better

Only submitted a 'Change of bank details' request form at my work last month. The manager is going to be really annoyed if I submit another one back to my old bank details. :D

Another way is to simply switch money around for a few months... say you get £500 paid into one account,, transfer £400 of it around then back again thereby building a small internal score with each bank. Then a few months down the line submit a change of bank details at work. In theory you can easily run a £1000 per month through your different banks taking into account any regular payments which are due to come out.
Assuming all banks are using faster payments and you keep on top of everything it cannot do any harm
