We can't do anything over the phone in NI. We have to go to the local office and fill in a form or ask for one to be posted out before returning it.

I spoke to a nice man on the phone to Halifax today. He said I failed the credit scoring for the Ultimate Reward Account (I was declined online a few days ago). He said as I have no adverse or bad information on my credit file, and due to my age, he said send in an appeal letter to the underwriters with 3 months bank statements and they're likely to overturn the decision.

I'm not sure if I can be bothered with all the hassle.

Also, I told my employer to change my bank details 3 weeks ago, yet they still paid my wages into my HSBC account today, rather then Lloyds. :(

Lloyds want to see my wages go into the account for 3 months before I get an overdraft or any other products, but at the moment, for the last two months, it's been paid into HSBC... then transferred to Lloyds.
