    Mate lets be honest by the time you get taxed its not actually that much.

    Banks which offer debit cards on basic accounts. See Here

    BTW HSBC defiantly don't issue a debit card as standard on their basic account.

    Cif you should update the OP to include basic bank accounts with the above link.

    Even if you get taxed at 40% it works out as £3600 per quarter. May not seem much to you but to me that is an extraordinary amount. On top of your wages as well!

    You should get yourself a shredder. Especially with ID theft on the increase.
