I was VERY good and decided against buying some G-Star jeans I tried on... So proud of myself
Ah you should have treated yourself. You must be a girly! I cant believe a man would try something on without the intention of buying them hah !0 -

Hehe, it was difficult as OH had some birthday money and bought some G-Star jeans, so of course I had to try some on as well. Though I had my sensible head on today and decided against them, they were nice but not nice enough at the momentI am annoyed I'm not 'allowed' to buy some trainers though, but I have to stay in OH's good books, he's just put a new wardrobe for me on his Littlewoods a/c so I can pay it off April next year. Once I get a full time job though I am sooo going to treat myself.
Yeah I'm a girl0 -
My mother traded in her Peugeot 206 for a MGF 2 seater convertible. She thought the guy was really friendly and nice to her at the garage. She had the car 2 weeks and has decided she hated it, so she took it to another garage that is owned by a friend of my grandfathers... he done a check on the MGF and it had been written off in a car crash. It was repaired and put back on the road, however the person who sold it to my mother did not put this on the log book, which he should have done as he would have checked the car out on the computer before buying it.
The garage took the MGF for 1.1k trade in (it's worth 1.8-2k) and sold her a nice little 4 door car. 1 previous owner, 40k miles for 1.9k. She's really happy with the car and it looks imaculate.
I've told her to phone the first garage and threaten them with legal action unless they give compensation. She's a bit hesitant about ringing them.
depending on the cat that the car is listed on,the garage only have to declare its history if asked.
you could have pushed them to take car back, with a bit of nudging.they wont care noew car is gone.littlewoods/littlewoods direct/marshall ward/kays/greatuniversal/empire stores/addittions/grattans/next/ambrose wilson.barclay card/cap1/bos/vanquis gold/vodafone/3 .dell finance/currys finance

Right mate, assuming you have paid off the account and owe nothing i'd be looking to send the following letter:
Dear Sirs,
Ref: Account Number - XXXXXXX
I write with reference to previous correspondence and in particular your written agreement that you'd remove all reference of my DMP from the credit agencies; an action which to date remains outstanding.
I was promised that this derogatory data would be removed by the 1st week of May 2009, this date has come and gone and the data still remains. This is not only a breach of your word but a clear breach of the Data Protection Act; as you are no doubt aware the first principle clearly states that you must process my data fairly and accurately. Do you really consider my having to chase you yet again as being fair? Do you consider the fact the data remains after the promised due date as being fair? Let me tell you, I certainly do not.
I therefore demand that this data is removed no later than June 1st 2009 otherwise I will have no option but to report you directly to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) to report your evident breaches of Data Protection.
Whilst I'd rather you simply done as promised and remove the data, failure to respond will result in my seeking enforcement via the county courts in which I will also claim mandatory compensation and all costs incurred. You are also to consider this letter a statutory notice under s.10 of the Data Protection Act to cease processing any data in relation to this account with immediate effect. This means you must remove all information regarding this account from your own internal records and from my records with any credit reference agencies.
Should you refuse to comply, you must within 14 days, provide me with a detailed breakdown of your reasoning behind continuing to process my data. May I remind you that it is not sufficient to simply state that you have a ‘legal right’; you must outline your reasoning in this matter and state upon which legislation this reasoning depends. Should you not respond within 14 days I accept this means you agree to remove all such data.
I look forward to your imminent response with confirmation the derogatory data has been removed in line with previous correspondence - copy attached below for your perusal.
Yours faithfully,

“Dear Mr P,
Thank you for contacting cahoot in Coventry.
Our Collections and Recoveries Team have confirmed that the Debt Management Plan will be removed and updated from your records by the first week of May. This is because an update is sent to Experian who then amend your records accordingly.
