Natwest e-savings

i opened a natwest e-savings account in september 2007 after receiving a mse email saying that if i paid £100 p.m. into it at the end of the year i would receive a bonus of £50. since having the account i have realised that this has not been credited. could someone please tell me as natwest dont seem to know anything if i have correctly understood the offer and i am in fact due this money. i have checked my previous mse emails but dont have them going back that far. please can someone help?

Are you sure it wasn't September 2008? As they definitely did it last summer (see MSE thread here), in which case you wouldn't get the £50 until later this year.

i've just found your post after realising the same thing about my account. i have had it over a year and have never been credited. Did you have any joy with getting your £50?

I set my standing up last year for this..had to be done by Sept 08.
Expecting bonus hopefully before xmas..possibly October

I also did this and my year is up at the beginning of next month - will be checking up on my £50 then - will let you know.
