Apparently my claim is not valid because they have no proof I have paid my bill

forgive me if i'm wrong, but don't you usually pay bills after you receive them and not before :rotfl:

the problem is they have no way of really knowing if you've up to date with your network payments other than kick backs.

They are a bunch of crooks, had enough other trouble with in the past for this not to be a suprise.

You have indeed had enough problems in the past for this not to be a surprise, with at least 6 legal cases, as you have already told us.

But it may be that the whole telecoms industry are not all criminals.

redux i think this proves my point. they tell me they have no proof by bill (of which a copy was sent to them) was paid. this is nothing short of a new and ridiculous reason not to pay.

i think osps and mobileshop deserve to be shamed on the forum; these schemes benefit those of us who claim carefully by giving us ultra cheap deals but can't benefit anyone but the dealer if valid claims aren't paid.

please the moderator has already asked you to leave your personal vendetta to one side, do they have to close this thread too?

    You are lying.

I have told you before, I am not interested in your fabrications, or your abusive PMs.

I objected on the other thread to your making up information about internal policy at O2 and Vodafone. Once that thread was locked, you then resorted to PMs.

The real vendetta is yours, against the whole mobile phone industry, who are not all criminals. Other members here should not take this as well-intentioned consumer advice

Well this most recent example shows yet again mobile phones is one obvious place a company will screw you for profits, which is martin's moneysaving mantra.

you forget a lot of people here work in the mobile phone industry and know more than you about internal policy. i'd like to share your view that mobile phone companies are analogous to fairy godmothers but sadly experience doesn't correlate with your utilitarian view.

moderators.. please feel free to check my PMs for the abusive ones redux sent me and remove his vicious posts.

You have already said that the moderators warned me - which is total fabrication - saying that you are lying is not vicious.

Many other people do indeed work in the telephone industries, but few of them pretend to knowledge they do not have.

You started the PM abuse after the thread was locked

As this thread is turning into a personal arguement with no helpful advice for other viewers I am closing this one.
