Nicki it was me and I wasn't joking!! I've got one of those chef's blow torches. They crisp up the skin in seconds and saves having the oven on for an hour. I use it for crisping up the fat on chops, browning the top of pasta.... its so useful!

You want one now dont ya?

Morphy Richards Purple Kettle and Toaster, different SEL's on 2 stacks, one states £34 each the other £59.97 each, they scan at £49.97 though so going by the lower SEL they would cost you £18.63 each after DTD which isn't free but is cheaper.
