I've been absent for sooo long but it's not through lack of looking I assure you!
Noticed Pack 4 bouncy balls on clipsstrip is now rtc 20p was £1 last month then 50p last week so worth a watch for party bags!

Lots of wrapping paper rtc in scun Thorpe too, cream with silver spots sheet with tag now 22p was 50p last week

Read through the Grabbit board and caught up on this thread and was going to look for a few baby bargains or cheap electricals, but considering the weather, I scrapped the idea. Don't actually NEED anything anyway and it's positively wintry in Glasgow... Only a full-blown glitch will get me out of the house today!

How 'known' are people getting by the CS staff at their local store? I can virtually hear them cursing me when ever I walk by the desk. Is it just a matter of time before I get refused any more DTD or banned from the store?

I got banned from my local store - I would say this, if you can spread your DTD's out between stores then do so AND be selective in what you go for on the DTD's.

I know it is tempting to go for everyone but don't bother - luckily for me I live in an area with 6 stores in approx a 10 mile radius so I can still get some bargains.

You have got to think of the other price glitches which do not require you to visit CS as there seem to be lots of those knocking around.

Does anyone know how long a ban normally lasts? - I was gonna wait till after X-mas before I went back in the store and avoid any DTD's - if I spot any then I will post them on here so that someone local can get them, as I know a few others live fairly local to me.

Is it worth emailing CS services just to find out? and are you an old MSE'er in disguise with a new user name :T:T because if you are I think I know who you are but obviously I'm not going say who;)

Unfortunately it happened quite a lot in the R&R days.

Not so bad if you don't visit the store too often, but as the saying goes, "Don't s**t on your own doorstep!"

I agree - with that quote but I was a little shocked, please, please, please becarefull and spread your DTD's out.

They accused me of putting OOD SEL's on the shelf - I told them to call the police as what they were saying was slander. (I think one of the Customer Service folks put it back for themselves or family tbh - because they were training someone new who was so shocked when they had to give me DTD and thier eyes seemed to light up)

I was going to contact HO but not worth causing myself any more attention.

This is not an alternative account but I did lose my loggin for my old account and also lost the loggin for the email I registered with.
