Does anyone have the email address of the Tesco chief exec?
I was refused DTD today on Fairy Dishwasher tabs that
had an ood sel on them. The sel said bogof but went
through at full price, and they only offered JTD.
I asked for the duty manager who said it was an ood Sel,
and I wasn't eligible for DTD.
I called h/o from the store and they said I wasn't due DTD
as it was an out of date sel too.
I was going to email the chief exec or h/o unless anyone
has a better idea on how to take this further?0 -
Bought Old El Paso Smoky BBQ Fajita Dinner Kit, SEL said £1.49, charged £2.. so cost 98p each after DTD0

I was just overcharged for 2 phones 'SEL £69.99' 'Scanned at £150.00'
- Was refused DTD
Just rang a customer service number (although customer service is closed), but managed to speak to someone - don't think he was a real customer service guy maybe a grocery or entertainment etc...
He said it was at the stores discretion and their word is final for giving me JTD.
I've already emailed philip clarke once previously about a DTD and have had a £10 back for some little bits I was refused DTD on in-store.
I'm not quite sure what to do now either, as My cards are already marked on e-mail???
Should I write a 2nd DTD email to him or should I keep ringing tomorrow until somebody says they were wrong in store.
BTW Finn,
Email: philip.clarke@uk.tesco.com0 -
