Hi all...I firstly want to thank everyone that contributes to this thread and all the others, i have been lurking for a while and got some great bargains.
When i was shopping this morning i noticed that in my local T's they still had OOD SELS on a number of glasses. These included, Pilsner x 4pack, Hi-Ball x 4 pack and some nice champagne flutes with a £8.XX SEL, but scanning at £16.xx.
Might be worth a look in others, could be a nice little DTD.:D

Picked up loads of woopsied cakes, cookies and veg etc Then added other shopping including 6 boxes of shreddies, Total came to £62 but used £31 of vouchers,:D I felt so pleased with myself and in my haste to get back to the OH waiting outside I forgot to check my reciept :eek::eek::eek::eek:(this never happens) and once the shopping was loaded and we were on our way home I checked my reciept and I was charged £1.98 for each box of honey shreddies. should have been £1.
So will be going for my first DTD next visit.
Going to feel a bit awkward if SA notices all the coupons on the reciept though.
I did the same with the shreddies - only when i got home did i check and then went back into store the following day. I did my shopping picking up some black striped glasses at the same time and then went to customer service and said to them about the glasses - my 4 for £3 didn't kick in!! and also i had a £3 off £20 till split from sainsburys which i had forgotten to use - she looked at my receipt and no wonder why,( and the till split i wanted to use was a day out of date so that was no good either) the cashier had only put two through not four so i had to pay them an extra 50p !!! and then i said to her about the shreddies being over charged i said i had them in the car and could i bring them in she said no problem if we have over charged you i will give you DTD, i went and got them from the car and showed her - WRONG AGAIN - i had only picked up the WRONG ones!! very similar - one is honeynut and the other is honey!! i had the wrong ones, i must admit i did laugh about it and she said she would give me 10 out of 10 for trying!! but i have upped myself now in the recognition stakes so am going to have to lay low for quite a while now, she did say i will look out for you in future - Ahhhhhh !!!!Very proud to be Strip club member No 430 -
i tried this went to cs they also read it very carefuly, it does list all the flavours but the very last thing on the sentence was 18g. i had to agree with her so i got a refundFeelinskint wrote: »The Frootz that have recently been 3 for £1 for the 5 pack multi-packs. The kids loved them so much that I went back last night to get some more. So the SEL is there and I read it very very carefully it listed all the multi-packs so I grabbed 12 boxes and trotted off to pay for them with the RTC bread I had bought.
The SEL was in date and listed all flavours.
Anyway they went through at £2.09 per box NO:eek: discount kicked in, and I started to get excited/nervous. I was trying to do the Math and got even more excited.
So I paid and went over to CS, I said I have been over-charged on these and we trotted off to the shelf, on the other side of the store.
She worked it out and gave me a £36.12 DTD refund - Happy happy happy me :T. The kids are so happy too they love them.
On writing out this I have just worked out that my DTD should have been £44.16 . I think I am best leaving it as is though because I don't want too much attention.
Hope I have given enough info for anyone who wants to try it.0 -

I am MSE gabbit fan, new poster here, hopefully this is not posted already, never write on here but always read so thank you.
I thought I'd add my 1st DTD : bought one Tesco printer cartridge H90 combo(HP56 & 57) few days ago shelf price £20.97 but was charged £27.97, so telephoned customer service late at night just before closing and ansaphone said overprice will be DTD.
Went in today checked price on shelf to make sure, bought 2 more packs, spent over £50 and used £1 off cartridge voucher, £5 off £50 spend, overcharged again, went to customer serv, she checked shelf price agreed overcharge proceeded to refund, made call to supervisor that large refund and explained I bought 1, 2 days ago and 2 today. Anyway I asked nervously will that be DTD , she said yes, refunded £44, and no quibble but I am sure she changed shelf price. Not sure if store specific. Refund should have been £7 Dtd =£14 x3 =£42.
I got 3 twin packs for £33.91 to last a bit.0 -
