That's the one.
Well I may not have gotten any DTDs tonight but boy did I get some bargains.
£2.97 - HP Espresso 16" Laptop Sleeve
£15 - Lego Midi Scale Star Destroyer (8099) - £35 on Amazon
74p - Hot Wheels Colour Shifters Creature Cars
£1 - Lego Atlantis Monster Crab Clash (8056)
£1.75 - Lego Atlantis Wreck Raider (8057)
£4.75 - Lego Construct-A-Zurg (7591)
£7.50 - Lego Construct-A-Buzz (7592)
£3.50 - Lego Hero Factory Rotor (7162) - This is £30+ on Amazon!!
85p - Ben10 Scribble Set (small notepad, pencils & sharpener I think)
49p - Floor Puzzle (can't remember the details but seemed to be a big jigsaw)
£9.97 - Toy Story 3 Woody & Bullseye
These bargains may be local but worth keeping an eye out as they seem to be replacing the Atlantis Lego stock with a new range whose name I've forgotten.
Fantastic finds Caz. Will check out a few stores this side of town. Hope you are well?
Good morning one and all. Sounds like everyone is doing great. Although the thread move could prove to be a good thing. There's a fab community on here, of course with the odd exceptionUnfortunately with work I haven’t had much time to contribute to the forum, I’m just so busy and to be honest very, very stressed but then that’s life
I'm compelled to post after reading the thread that was judging everyone on here regarding DTD. I don’t want to dwell on it or give the OP the satisfaction of commenting directly however, I just wanted to pass on my thoughts.
No-one, and I mean no-one on this earth has the right to judge you. The OP doesn’t know you, nor the circumstances which has led to where you are today. I am confident in the decisions and choices I make so be confident in yours. Right, I’m off my soap box, break time over, back to the grindstone.
May the force be with you :rotfl: Sorry I've always wanted to say that :rotfl:DFW Nerd no: 1490 -

Obviously can't please all but its quite clear we're on the ball in the main.
Unfortunately some people seem to blame us when they buy products at the wrong time!! Not our fault we can't always match the labels!
Still, if we're right 99.9% time, the odd 50p here or there doesn't matter.
I don't quite get your point on the phone though?
Likewise not sure why you mention meringues?
Lets not get off topic though, lets keep this thread about the good job Tesco do
You take care now!
is it the part about buying the phone and tesco paying for our shopping that you dont get? let me explain as we bought this phone on monday night, whilst 2 or 3 staff in the electrical department were stood chatting and generally messing around having a laugh:D and generally not doing what they were being paid to be there for, which is all in our favour as in the main tesco staff are usually of a poor caliber and poorly trained.Dont get me wrong not all Tesco staff are like this but quite alot are. The phone was better than 1/2 price so this meant that we paid £149 but we were refunded £190 back, Tesco are great arnt they!0 -
Caz - are ya awake
I think I'd made it to be by the time you'd posted but only just.wanna-be-mortgage-free wrote: »Fantastic finds Caz. Will check out a few stores this side of town. Hope you are well?
Hello missus - I'm doing ok thanks. Will email you later. There wasn't much Lego last night or I would have gotten extras for you. If you want me to try later let me know but the rents will be down so may not get to check until tomorrow.
So from having a look around last night the next biggies seem to be Breville kettles, irons, George Foreman grills and microwaves. If memory serves I think they were 06/09. That's a long time to wait for a glitch but then being a scummy tramp I'm sure I'll find something nasty to fill in my time :T
Jealousy really doesn't suit some people does it?0 -
really... why the thread move?!?
There are still Tesco misprices, and still discussion to be had
Current thread, and should be moved back to its rightful place! The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -

No, don't move it. It means lazy lumps who read and run will have more difficulty. It really gets my goat when people come on here spouting off about the chit-chat and demanding a nice long list then run away again not to be seen for a few weeks then the cycle starts all over again. I don't care who you are or what you've done, the rest of us here are being nice enough to share our bargains and DTDs and for every 1 who posts there are probably 10 or more who don't contribute. It's almost at the point where I feel like lurking as I don't like being taken advantage of (just asked my estranged husband).0
