    Xmas Saver!
Just been on a midnight raid as I needed dishwasher tablets.

No luck with pans, denby, vax, steam cleaners, memory sticks or any other DTD opportunities.

However, the discounts on the garden bits continues.

Managed to get a few Pumpkin seed sets - really tiny cups with a seed and a little thing of dried soil for 2p each.
Little plant pots at 15p for 5.
some of the plant labels that someone mentioned earlier at 12p each.
The best bargain was some willow planters. These are 75cm x 75cm x 10cm - so square and not too deep and include a planter bag to go in them.
    It's these ones: http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.210-6127.aspx
They are £15 on Direct, but just 37p each instore. SEL says 37p too. Don't get confused with the smaller, deeper (and more useful) ones which are still £20 instore. I just had to clear the shelf, so have eleven! I reckon I will save them till next year and then stack 2 or 3 on top of each other to give nice deep beds. Either that or I will use it as edging as I have 33 metres of the willow panels!! Barcode is 5052319350548.

Hope this helps someone bag a bargain!

Oh yeah, and in the discounted section there was loads of tins of peaches, 10p a tin and on 3 for 2, so 20p for three tins. HOWEVER the date on them was August 2011, so depending how fussy you are on canned foods, you may not want them,

    Hi,
sounds like you are close to me. I have CFS and Fibromyalga too. Hope you feel better soon. E*y are always on the ball unfortunately. When we have hospital apps in Cambridge I try and get to a Ts but I've not managed a DTD over a few pence yet. I'm a carer and Ive been so busy with DLA forms the last week or so I'm sure I've missed loads. got some catching up to do. Which Ts do you go to ?:)

I go to Downham Market, both Kings Lynn stores and sometimes March. If I am feeling up to it I sometimes go to Peterborough. Going to March today to have a good look round. I think they have scanners in there. My memories soooo bad lol. :rotfl:

Yes they do have a scanner in the clothing department at March, jamsponge but none that I've found in Wisbech though I just ask Pharmacy to check the price of something for me and they do ;) I am halfway between March and Wisbech

Well, if you buy six, you get paid £1 to take them away, so your not really buying them, more earning £1 to eat them.....
  • thanks to earlier poster - got one of the Phillips phones on OOD SEL. Charged £149.99 instead of £54.97. Took hal an hour to get DTD but dd get a golden oneso worth it in the end! Same store in North Worcestershire also had the sirlion steak signs out so PM me if you hink you might want some free steak and I'll let you know the store
