For some strange reason whenever I use a SS it only allows me to use 2 coupons for the doves. The 3rd one seems to trigger "assistance required". Is that happening with everyone? All the coupons are in the same name, so not sure what I'm doing wrong. Also, are there SS tills in every Tesco?

I have found that self service till will only allow 2 coupons before the assistance message comes up - I've had no problems when SA comes over to put others through

I got 2 Dove coupons through ok but the 3rd and 4th triggered an SA intervention on the SS tills. No questions were asked so all good.

do you have to install that coupon printer thingy to print them off? i printed them normally and they wouldn't scan, sa had to type in number and then it would only accept one voucher

I think you can only use 2 coupons of any kind at the SS without "assistance required", thats why I always go through the tills with coupons as I find it easier.

Not sure about SS in every store i'm sure I've read people on here saying they don't have them in their stores.

If the coupon printer software is needed it will prompt you to install (if not already installed) before you can print anything, so by your question I would guess no.
The problem is more likely to be with you printer not printing the barcode clear enough.
