Ikea mobile network

Options
I was unable to use the Ikea network in the Alps, which resulted in me being unable to contact my children while skiiing. Since then I have changed sim card back to T-Mobile, but still trying to get PAC code which works to keep my old number from Ikea.

    Slightly confused..

The Ikea network is the same as T-mobile. Why is it that you've changed back to t-mobile? If you're still trying to get your PAC from Ikea then drop them an email requesting your PAC. They should reply back in a few days.

I've only had good experiences with Familymobile (ikea)

May be a silly question, but you did get them to activate roaming before you went ?
