Thank you everyone for your responses..
I asked my husband if we signed a contract, he doesn't seem to think we did, nor do i and i have been searching for it in our wedding paperwork and nothing has come about, so if no contract was signed, where do we stand now??
If no contract then you do not own the copyright but you also have the right to object to the exhibition of your photographs.0 -

It must make the paparazzi's job a headache getting a release form signed by the people they stalk..
On topic... the photos are on the website so you can give your family the link and they can buy ones they like/look at the photos of your wedding.
You recommended them so you were obviously happy with the photos, if you want them taken off I'm sure all you'll have to do is ask..0 -
All celebrities sign a thing to say anyone can take photos of them, that's why Dom Jolly could get away with doing the celebrities, but with the general public he would have to stop them after they'd walked off and ask if he could use the footage.
.
Celebrities don't sign anything of the sort. In the UK there is no general right to privacy. This is a totally different sort of case.0 -

What I mean is..
Celebrities can be photographed without permission, normal people can't.
I am sorry but you are still wrong.
I can take a photo on a public street of ANYONE without permission.
Now if I followed you for 2 miles snapping away or used my telephoto lens to snap you in you garden, you could get me done for harrassment, but if I set my tripod up on Oxford Street - providing I am not causing an obstruction - then I can snap away until I get bored.0 -

Disabling right clicks does not stop anyone saving the picture, you just need to use a different tirck, In both Firefox and IE, there is a method of nabbing both images and animations.0
