I've lost a fair bit of weight since I started running again.
I never weigh myself but my clothes all feel really loose :T

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Evening - just had a really lovely, very short, very easy run - only about 3k, still taking it very steady with dodgy ankle, but no pain today at all! It was gorgeous too, sunny with a little bit of breeze. It's the first run I've really enjoyed in aaaaaages. :D

Will do another 3k on Friday I think, and if it still feels okay, try 5k on Sunday. I could definitely have carried on to 5k tonight, but I thought it was better to gradually increase the distance. Feels like I'm starting from scratch again though lol!
