Not just for one day - there's a minimum subscription period of 30 days/1 month, but you can turn it off again when the 30 days/1 month is up.0

To upgrade your subscription to add the Sky Sports pack, you can either phone up or do it online.
Sadly you can't downgrade online - just phone them up and tell them you don't want the Sky Sports pack any more.0
