I am with Orange and have a bit of credit on my pay as you go phone and my sister is on orange and what i would like to know is is it possible for me to buy her a text extra pack using my credit from my number online?

No, but you can transfer credit from one account to another. Both of you will need to be there as they'll want you both to clear a security check first, then you can transfer some credit from your acc to her's...0
