You paid £200 for them to move a car you hadn't seen?

    Did you get this back?

I'll bring my car round to have a look at for a hundred.

    Do you work to EH?

Some kind of rip off artist?

I would take a car round for £99 :rotfl:

If it's the old 4.0 XJ then that won't even cover the fuel bill.

I am considering buying a card but I have been messed around, first saw the car a new starter sales girl was trying,
Then I was called back by another sales person who owes me to pay a £200 deposit I declined persistence as sales person Adele I said I was not happy to put down a hot £200 without checking the car there was no legal documentation as you would to say if I'd get the car back just verbal agreement I declined politely later that day I went to the dealership to see the said person made an appointment and when I arrived he was too busy dermatome in the third time the sales girl kept me waiting I demanded the second test drive I was very impressed with the car made an appointment for today but because I had a child I wanted to focus on the paperwork and be able to focus on the actual sale and agreement as children can be distracting if they're bored as you know with Evans Halshaw from previous threads they take a long time in comparison to Arnold Clark is a lot better in their customer service I call to cancel and noticed that when I asked for the named sales representative I was told that the new Girl she was not in today and I stated that I booked an appointment
when I verbalise this yesterday, the two that were present seem to be very much for bully towards this person and has now taken the opportunity to book me in. Basically stole her customer
The sales approach and communication customer service was not very good, I'm not impressed apart from the receptionist this customer service for both Aston Birmingham and West Bromwich attitude is terrible my question is why? I having second thoughts about buying this car.
