as said above hun we got around £400 for moving over the road while i lived in germany and then i moved from osnabruck to paderborn and we got £900 and same again from paderborn to uk £900 plus uniforms as my daughter was in school then, the key point is that you are made to move i dont think you get it if you ask to be moved :smileyhea0

agree with everyone, if they are moving you then you will get the full amount as they have now done away with half rates!
In 2001 they sold off my house and moved me 200yards I got £400, I am moving in 3 weeks, 1 mile on to the O's patch (Hubby exranker) and we have to move as currently on Airmans quarters and wont let us stay!! We are getting full rate as swood016 states without school allowance (as no distrubance to them) because they are moving us, not us wanting to move IYSWIM!it costs nothing to smile:D0 -
If you search on Google for JSP 752, which is the Tri services regulations for allowances, this will tell you all you need to know about what you are entitled to and when. You would be shocked at what you can claim for! Disturbance allowance is in ch 7 I think.
Hope this helps0
