Just moved into rented property with a water meter..
Asked Letting Agent who supplied utilities, gave us wrong answer for gas / electric (which I found out about when trying to set up our DD), and couldnt answer (or wouldnt) about water
We are in Writtle, Chelmsford if thats any use

Essex and Suffolk Water probably supply your fresh water, and Anglian Water probably take your sewage.0
