You can forward her e-mails to Paypal (with the headers) if she does do a claim. But maybe only if you did sell her an item with a kitten on it maybe? Or else she could still argue it was a mix up? Anyway, wait for her to do a claim,then forward the e-mails.0

I did a bit of detective work and emailed a few seller that she bought things from that had been left neg FB by her
I also did the goof bar and shes bought a bit more than the feedback left so maybe she claims postage to make her money up??????

When I wrote up the list of items I said there was a make on the trousers no picture or were it was, she said the mark on the bottom on the trousers was nothing
listed the tops as 5 top one with a kitten on, she email with the ADAMS top with the kitten on is cute.....

[FONT="]She bought some clothes from us in July of last year. Paid for the items, then a week later sent us too an email saying how nice all things were!!![/FONT]
[FONT="]A few weeks later then emailed to ask us for the proof of postage as the items had never arrived, [/FONT]
[FONT="]I also too emailed her back to say she must of cos the email she sent...she said that I must be mistaken as she had never sent any emails to say thank you[/FONT]
[FONT="]She email a few days later to ask for the copy invoice too as well as asking again for the proof of postage.[/FONT]
[FONT="]We just sent it to her but scan all the items first and made sure the photos were kept just in case tried to make a claim through PayPal.[/FONT]
[FONT="]We never heard anything from her again until the neg FB????[/FONT]

Looks likes she is making false Royal Mail claims then?
I wouldn't sent her jack tbh and report her, not that it will do any good.2 angels in heaven :A0
