Hi all,
I recently made my first cashback claim with e2save, and sent them my 1st Phone Bill and 6th Phone Bill as instructed.
I got a letter back saying that my claim had not been successful since they hadn't got a copy of the first bill through.
First, I triple checked that I sent them both bills, I sent it recorded delivery, and I photocopied the bills before i sent them for proof.
I rang them up and said this, and the man went to check. When he came back he said he had got the other bill and must have come through separetly - which is a complete lie!
They are now sending me a cheque out.
Got to be careful with these cashback claims - they try and con people all the time.
However last year I had a similar claim and i got all my money back, you have just got to be on the ball and make sure they don't try and scam you.
cheeky g*ts :-)

I don't get it - if you've sent the 1st bill, how can you also send the 6th bill at the same time? There'd be a 6 month gap between them! Can you elaborate?0

Sorry...I was on an 18 month cashback deal. I had to send in my first claim after 6 months, and basically claim the last year free.
I had to send the first bill as well, since I had ported my number over so they had to confirm the phone number on the first bill was the original number they gave me. All the info was on the first bill that I sent them.0
