When you sign up you are (meant to be) aware of this.
There are many places mobile phones do not work.
Did you not try your phone in your new location before you moved?
Do you never use your phone anywhere else - at all?
Nah i didnt try it at the new location as i checked it with street checker, street checker was accurate where i lived before so had no reason to doubt them, i use the phone when i go into town, my parents, friends..etc etc etc0 -

You use the mobile phone so I can't see any reason for you to be able to get out of your contract without paying a fee.
