    Nah i didnt try it at the new location as i checked it with street checker, street checker was accurate where i lived before so had no reason to doubt them, i use the phone when i go into town, my parents, friends..etc etc etc

    You use the mobile phone so I can't see any reason for you to be able to get out of your contract without paying a fee.

    have a look at the T mobile cancellations thread - at least one person has successfully cancelled on the grounds that they changed the contract re 08 numbers
