Using simplyfone number to call pakistan
Hi,
1. I was using 07744 simply-fone number to call pakistan last month and it was working well. Today I called the same number and the automatic responce with a new number (0871******) to call pakistan was issued to me. Can anyone confirm that is it still possible to call international destinations from Simply-fone number.
I was using voipcheap to call mobile for 9.5p/minute and last time it went through without any problem( on March 02) but today it was kind of strange thing when i was told about 0871 number for pakistan because i was expecting the connection.
2. Another thing I want to ask is I have read about 0844 numbers included in O2 contract. I have seen O2 contract with 1000 offpeak minutes. Can anyone confirm if calls to o844566**** numbers are considered in inclusive minutes or not. Are there any chances of O2 to remove these numbers in coming months.
Many Thanks

1) The Simplyfone type Nos (07744) arent applicable for Pakistan on Weekends (only Mon - Fri)
2) The 0844 numbers are still included in their inclusive X-Net mins packages (also on weekends). Who knows what O2 will do in the coming months.0 -
0844 are included in the inclusive mins on all o2 tariffs.0

I think your find that some non high st tariffs dont include it.0 -
Thanks for all the info but I am little confused here.
If it is true that all O2 tarriffs include 0844 numbers then utility_broker and the_tired_one do u both think that they are available on tarrifs that only include only O2 network calls. Can anyone confirm this for me please.0 -
Yes 0844 is included in O2 Leisure Plus (O2's 1000 Offpeak Minutes) for £20 / Month
I can confirm it is available on a contract taken from CPW.
Also works on
Online 50 from O2.co.uk
Online 25 from O2 Shop0 -
By the way it should work on all contracts with inclusive minutes. But I posted names to those I use.0
