I have a new phone through mobiles.co.uk (part of carphone warehouse) I have a 6 month half price line rental offer but think I need to do something to redeem it but cannot find what in the paperwork, emails or on the website.
Can anyone advise what I need to do?

Okay, MoneySavingExpert won't let me post links as I am a new(ish) user.
Go to the website.
On the left of the screen are various options - select Customer Service.
Click and select About Free Gifts
Click and go to last option "How to Claim Discounted Line Rental"
You can then read all about it (I printed it off hence was able to refer back to it without searching)0
