Texting from United Arab Emirates!

Hello all,

I've got abit of a dilemma, and am hoping someone can help me.

My girlfriend is in Abu Dhabi at the mo, that's in the United Arab Emirates for people that don't know.

When she sends a text to me off her pay monthly t-mobile phone, its costing her 40p a go.

When i text her, it doesn't cost her anything to receive a text.

Now on the T-Mobile website, it clearly states that texting from Zone 5 abroad, which is where UAE is, will cost 20p.

I cant post a link for some reason, but its on the tmobile site. t-mobile.co.uk/services/coverage/calling-costs/

My question is, can we reclaim these monies when shes back? as she thought it would be 20p a pop, not 40p. Even her online bill shows 40p a pop.

Thanks all!
