Quietest time of day to call 3 customer service?

Anyone know when 3 would be quietest to call and cancel a contract? Wouldn't mind waiting if I was calling from my 3 phone but living abroad and it costs a fortune! Waited 20 mins earlier and gave up.

    WRITE! Don't call. This saves you having to spend 20 minutes before being transferred to retentions who will try to upsell you a new commitment. Give them date 30 days ahead (better yet, tie it in with your billing date) so it stays tidy. If you want to keep your old mobile number, also ask for a PAC to enable the transfer.
