Please Note under Sale of Goods Act 1979 the supplier has the opportunity to rectify any defected parts,
A return & Full refund will only be accepted if the faults cannot be rectified. If you are wanting to return the items on
the basis that you have decided you dont want them anymore, this will come under the satisfaction policy where
you will need to arrange for goods to be sent back in thier oiginal condition in their orginal box.
From the imagery provided we can faintly see the defects, but we will ensure it is replaced.
If you would like us to review the state of the bunk itself we would require images before we can come to
any conclusion. Once you authorise the replacement futon mattress we will get it dispatched.

If I were you I would tell them that the bed is not fit for purpose, and that you have lost confidence in the product, so you would like a full refund. Also cc to Trading Standards.0
