Morning everyone, am up kind of bright and early. Just sitting here reading the posts, having my breakfast and also watching the birds at the bird feeder. We have a pair of robins that are constantly in the garden and it is really sweet to watch them. I can't tell if it's the male or female robin but one of them has plucked all their tail feathers out and they look kind of weird - I do hope they grow back soon. We also have a pair of collar doves and a pair of blackbirds that are coming into our garden to feed. It's like a bird hostel out there..lol

Afraid I didn't get much done after I posted yesterday - I went back to bed and slept right through until about 5pm..eeeks!!! So somehow I kind of lost Monday, better not go to bed after I write this..lol

Mudbath hugs to you and your family, hope the op is successful for your dad. Keeping everything crossed.
Flylady-flower hope your breathing is easing soon. I hate this time of the year as my normally dormant asthma rears it head for a few months :(
Sending good luck vibes for your exam today Carol

Keep looking outside and wondering if it would be okay to put the washing out - they are forecasting showers and thunder but their is a lovely blue sky out there although it is cold - 4 deg.. Couldn't believe the temp thingy was registering 0 degs outside when I got up at 6am..thought I was going to have to put the heating on low..

    Rant alert>>>>>>>>>>>>

all my life I have been treated as 2nd best, and I have tried so hard with things / life, I have offered help to someone yesterday, to have said person turn round this morning and actually tell me I am only her 2nd best choice, and as said person now has no choice, she tells me 'I'll have to do'

Well she has just been told what to go and do in no uncertain terms................as I'll have to do, she can just go and manage with out me!!

    Morning all,

Off to work in a minute - dont normally work on Tues but have to go in for a meeting. Bedroom and landing not too bad so feel ok about today - I did the bedroom on Fri so will just touch it up and ds1 dysoned all the stairs and landings on Sat - dont you love it when the kids get old enough to do the jobs you hate!!!

Also have 20 letters to address and post and a major hotspot in the kitchen to declutter - cupboard under the stairs. And a major batch of baking - made a cake yesterday and its all gone!Catch up later.

Ack what an unsensitive friend you have hon. Too right telling her what to do. It wouldn't have been so bad if she actually hadn't told you that you was her 2nd best choice, sometimes there are times to keep mouth shut and I think she needs to learn this. Maybe now she will and it might make her sit and think.

*Hugs* honey..you rant as much as you want.
