I'm back from the hospital. It was all a bit of a nightmare - I had to wait over an hour and then she had trouble getting the blood out and ended up hurting me a bit :(. Shook me up a bit so I took myself for a coffee and cake, had a little cry whilst I was there. Not sure what's wrong with me at the moment; everything seems to really get to me! I guess there's a fair bit going on with my issues at work, DH's exams looming etc.
    Ouch

Sounds as if everything is piling up and 'nasty needle' was the last straw.
Now go and be kind to yourself.

Thanks guys, am now watching to buy or not to buy, i love these progs! They were quite abrupt too when I asked why I had had to wait 20 minutes since the number before me was called. People in London are not as nice as other places I've lived! I'm going to break up the jigsaw we finished on fri in a minute and start a new one.

embb - well done on the rent form!!

dusty - i had a chocolate tiffin in costa plus a pack of chilli rice crackers from holland & barrett! Then I had some hm chicken soup that i'd got out when i got home.

Can you put a piece of cardboard down / or old carpet and lie on that whilst you are cleaning the oven?

Mudders~~ sending good vibes your way.

I ironed 2 pillow cases this weekend, but folded the tea towels and just put straight inthe cupboard

Hi everyone. Hope you're all ok.

Had a busy morning helping my friend declutter her conservatory/toy room then she made lunch for us after. DD2 and her DS had a really nice play together too.

Have done a bit off the list:

Monday - Kitchen and dining room
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Clear and wipe worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
Scrub down the front of units and large appliances
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Wipe and replace small appliances[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Clean oven and hob[/STRIKE]
    HHI
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Wipe the table and chairs... clean cloth if necessary[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Sweep [/STRIKE]and mop the floor
    Degunge the fridge!
    Extras
    1. Thoroughly clean the food cupboard
    2. Run the WM's and DW's through a clean cycle
    3. Clean all the filters and door seals etc
    4. Scrub down the radiators and/or paintwork!
Rosepink...I use this on my oven. No scrubbing required and it doesn't smell horrible either. You still need to use gloves though as it is strong. Definately worth the money as you'll get a good few uses out of it. Have a read of the reviews of it.

Rach...hope you're feeling a bit better after your stressful day. To clean your mug...I have used this on a flask before and it worked brilliantly. Can you tell I'm a massive Lakeland fan. Not sure its a good thing that there's a store about 3 minutes away from me!
