Pretty scary-about 10% of vehicle stopped by Police had serious defects-some drivers had no insurance mot or driving licence!
Limobroker very deviously mention that nlca are the trade association for this industry-but very cleverly fail to mention they are not members.That alone would be enough for me NOT to use them.

That's what I was going to say, they probably did you a favour by not turning up, so many of these limos are not properly licensed or insured.
And a good deal of them are driven by idiots, saw one trying to negotiate the narrow streets around Covent Garden last year, it was a complete disaster. Even M&S and other stores use special short trucks to deliver to their stores round there.0
