Thanks Button

I'm new to this so if its a silly question I do apolagise, but...I dont seem to have a thanks button, although I have been thanked.
Should I be able to see it on my posts? or is it something I get after posting so many times?

I have read the forum A-Z but it only says how to thank someone, not how to set one up.

I get you! I just presumed ( don't know why!) that I would be able to see it on my own posts! :embarasse

    Now it all makes sense...!

You don't have a little triangle on the bottom/left of your posts neither. 1a_y_tongue1.gif

 I've got to ask, what does the little triangle mean, and why have some people got a green circle in front of it while others have a black circle?
