very vague as to what they can unlock ,suspect you will get the same info/free codes here

99% of new phones need a direct unlock code from the manufacturers database , which is more than £2.99

try your local market stall/unlock shop

    found complaint about them here

    http://www.complaintsboard.com/byurl/UnlockSuperStore.co.uk.html

and bad review on ebay here

    http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/Mobile-Phone-Unlocking-and-sponsored-Links-BEWARE_W0QQugidZ10000000009229991

All you will receive is Emails asking for more money or information on how to unlock
which is freely available on the internet and yes you've guessed it right contact your service provider.

Granted they do have a disclaimer in the Terms and Conditions but there links gives you the impression
that you will receive an unlock code for a limited amount.

You will not receive a refund unless you hassle them continuously for false Advertising(very little chance)
and paypal are no help as it is not a physical shipment.

Ok. Thanks for that! I've been round to my local phone repair shop and they will do it for a tenner so I'll go there.

sent my phone details and and was told i would receive my code within 24 hours. contacted again to say was going to take further 24 hours, then another email to say they couldn't generate code and my details were being passed to accounts for full refund within 7 days. three weeks later am still waiting for refund and no replies to emails.

Lodge a paypal dispute, I did immediately and I was refunded pretty swiftly.

At the OP: These are useless.
