i have an Epson Stylus Photo 830U that has just given up the ghost.
i need a new one quick! i dunno whether to order online or pop to the local Currys and get one.
Plus what do i get? I've only had this one a couple of years, and i'm not impressed that its packed up. But i want one with cheap cartridges, or at least that will take compatibles.
I do quite a bit of printing (invoices from ebay mainly) but i do print photos too, so i need a quality printer. I was always happy with the ones i got out of this epson, but it'd be good to upgrade.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have an Epson R300 which I have had about 12 months and it is great and being able to get compatible inks for £1 each is a bonus rather than paying over the odds for the Epson inks.
Would reccomend this printer and prints out great photos using the Epson premium glossy paper0 -

If you do buy from ebuyer, don't forget to change the delivery to supersaver to get it cheap."There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -

I bought a Canon IP4200 lately as a friend has a IP4000. I wanted to go one better. Wish I hadnt for he pays £5 for a full set of compatible cartridges. There are no compatibles for the IP4200 so a full set costs a staggering £50 or as near as dammit.
Go for the 4000 they are excellent0
