Yeah, we do this, with our standard virgin box. we use a scart cable to connect to the main tv and feed the co-ax through a splitter to a second tv.
There is a bit of a fall in picture quality as we feed through a 10m cable, but beats paying virgin a fiver a month.0 -
If your V+ box is connected to your TV via HDMI cable the RF and Scart output wont work ,they are disabled when connected with HDMI
The only output that works is the VCR one ,so you have 2 choices at the minute
1.. connect your V+ to TV via scart (no HD then though)
2..run a RF Modulator from the VCR output on the V+ box ,then coax cable to other TV (only problem with that is the menu`s wont show up on your second TV as the VCR scart only outputs the picture )
You can pick up an RF modulator for about 15/20 quid ,or another option is buy a Digisender then you wont need the cable ,the latest Digisender is x7 and retail for about 99 quid
Hope that helps
you could type in Google "VM V+ box RF output" and spend hours reading all the posts like i did a while ago :rolleyes:Have a nice day0 -

Bear in mind you can only see the same channel as your watching on the main box though, maybe the stnadard BBC1/2/ITV1/C5/Five dependiong on what they send on the clear down the line.
If you want to watch different channels in different rooms you need to pay the extra to get the multiroom deal.0 -
Which is only £5 extra if you have a v+ box already. If you found my post helpful, please remember to press the THANKS button! --->0
