Orange free £5 when sign up to text top up alert?

I have just joined Orange on there Canary Pay as you go plan and i see on there website it says that on that plan i would get £5 free Credit if i Joined there Automatic and text top up alert thing but i cant see how i join it or anything about it on there website telling me how to join it and how long it takes for them to put the free credit onto my account.
Has anyone got it and does anyone know how to join it?
