I would have made a fuss. I used to work at Dominos and I would have sent the coke out again. But it does depend how busy it was. If it was extremely busy they would refuse (as I have done in the past, harsh but there are others waiting and it could be anyones fault). However I would have quite happily made a comment on your customer details for 2 free bottles of coke next order.
On the menus there is a number or email address you can contact, this will either be the franchise owner or the area manager. The area manager I had was lovely, not sure about where you are but don't shout etc. and they will understand about your complaint, if you really deserve it (now this does depend on how nice you are....) they will send you a voucher through.
People who are rude on the phones would not get anything and the regulars (who remember my name...) who are very polite would get free food from me.0 -
i would never order online with them again. one night i decided to treat the kids to a pizza got one of their deals with wedges etc and a half and half pizza.
when we opened the pizza box it was a smaller pizza than i had ordered and it was plain cheese not half and half. called the store and said "hi I'm at(address) we seem to have someone else's order "she said hold on till i check your order. came back and said"that's what you ordered" so i read the email receipt that i had and she say's that's not what you ordered. so i give her the order number again and she asks me "what do you want me to do about it we dont own the internet"
ERM no but i would like the correct order please to which she responds she has given the order and nothin she could do about it. i said i would print of the email for the delivery girl to let her see and she says sure what would i like to order this time.
made a complaint got nothin no appology or explanation so i went to the shop and informed him that thanks to dominos not owning the internet i will no longer be using the shop and he has lost not only our custom but another 3 family members. still no appology from the complaints i made online waste of timeslowly going nuts at the world:T0 -
Ask to speak to the store manager when you receive the delivery and find out somethings missing and state you want it free if you decide to order again in future (as its not the first time its happend thats why you are complaining as once, maybe even twice you can ignore the mistake) next time you order and they should make a note of it. Next next time you call (however far away) remind them and you should get it free! Usually happens when we get the wrong fizzy drink or no extra garlic dips or wrong flavour dips or in my friends case they put meat on a vegetarian pizza!
