thanks for the help, but i can't seem to get it to work.

ignore the spaces

insert the sim card from another network in the phone and enter the code when asked for a restriction code

It comes up with cannot undo restriction, then phone restricted. After i put the code in.

that means youve already had to many code attempts -you only get 5 )and sometimes only 3) needs direct unlock now by someone with the correct hardware
