I've been searching for a code on the internet to unlock my phone but none of the sites ever have the code for unlocking the 1600, please can any one help?? my IMEI 358836607055697

Im trying to unlock my brothers nokia 2600 but I can't find the model listed in either of the unlocking sites (unlock.nokiafree.org or trycktill). Any help will be much appreciated the phone is currently locked to virgin and the imie no. is 357588009691349.
