It came up "code error" after hitting # on the first set but asked for a SIM after entering the second lot. It has accepted the SIM. I just need to see if there are any other settings that need changing as it won't allow calls to be made but will receive them. I know there isn't a problem with the SIM as it works on another unlocked phone. It also displays T Mobile when it's a Virgin SIM, but am I right in thinking Virgin uses the T Mobile network?

Found a setting. Lock if SIM changed. It's asking for a code to change the setting to off. 12345 or 00000 don't work! I don't think it would have been set by the previous user. Any thoughts?
