this would be my guess but if youve already tries this code dont do it again
list the codes youve already tried
youve made sure its not already unlocked havent you?

is it def on o2? and have you tried other sims in it to make sure its not already unlocked?
if still no good then it will need cable unlocking

I get the message "Not allowed" does that mean that it will need to be done by cable?
I'm guessing someone has already tried to unlock the phone before and used all the goes.

yes, all the goes have been used up

you will normally find someone in a market or boot fair unlocking these for next to nothing
