Help. I must be doing something wrong and little sis is willing to kill me! Still stumped. Tried 3 codes now and still no joy.

I've tried 4 codes so far.....i am getting it all wrong? How do I know what the GEN is?

That GEN bit is the cause of All the bother. Haven't a clue how to work this bit out?
