Yeah I kept clicking on Virgin and it selected T-Mobile, so then I was having to scroll using the keyboard keys :S. Also I was abit unsure which Virgin button to click since, there are 3 options!

how did you enter the code?
you need to do it like this:
put a different network sim in
type the FULL code including the #pw+ (use the * key to get these) etc in the "Restriction Code" box
press the button in the middle of the keypad to complete the unlock

if thats how you did it then try this code instead

did you try this one as well?

some of these seem to have different code settings and you only get 3 tries then it needs direct unlock
