Fresh from the success of getting a code here and unlocking a Nokia 1101, I decided to get another one for my wife to replace her ageing Nokia 3310.

Could anyone kindly supply an unlock for the following:-

Nokia 1101 (V3.05 15-5-05 RH-75)

Network Virgin UK

IMEI 3556 9800 8201 420

got the feeling these need the sim card from another network in the phone and enter the code when asked for a restriction code

what doesnt work?
does the * come up when you press the * key?
if so you need to press it again straight away to change it
if the * doesnt come up at all then you must have a phone fault

Do I put the new sim card in prior to entering the "unblock code"?

Phone is currently locked to Orange - want to use with an O2 Sim

also can you please double check I've got the correct code?

Do I enter all of these characters? including the #?
