I want a new mobile phone contract which provide 500-700 mins cross net-work for less than £15 a month with phone. I do not need an expensive phone. Just a very very cheap phone with the contract. Do you know if there is any deal like this?

I don't think there's many (if any) contracts out there with that amount of anytime, any network minutes for £15 per month.
Are you already on a contract? And is your current mobile good enough to continue using? I'd imagine taking a no handset deal via upgrades/retentions would get you under the £15 per month price point for the minutes you want."Who throws a shoe, honestly?"

If you dont mind doing cashback deals you will get this for around £10 - £12 a month but you can have problems getting your money with some companies. Mobile Checker have loads of deals on their site. Had a quick look and one deal which looks pretty safe is with Tesco Contract Mobiles. Nokia 1208 on o2 18 month contract. 600 mins and 3000 texts for £35 a month. Send in your first bill for £340 web cashback plus £15 Quidco works out at around £15 a month.0

How about a Sim Only Racoon 15 on Orange? 300 mins, 100 texts, unlimited calls to landlines, then buy yourself a phone for under £20ish.0

What about a sim-only Vodafone deal £20 a month for 12 months for 600 minutes, unlimited texts?
There's £120 cashback from Topcashback until 30 April. Link to deal from Topcashback site - just search for Vodafone. So with cashback, effectively £10 a month.

The only thing i can find is from three network.
500 mix and match, so it can be 500 whole minutes for £18.
They got 2 different contract lengths:
1) A 6 months contract with limited phones and the other is 18 months LG KF310 Black/White, INQ1 Black/ Silver, Nokia 3120.
Or
2) An 18 months contract that has a few Sony Ericsson phones. But they are pretty much limited, unless you want to pay slightly more a month for a better phone.
Other go on Sim only like the others have suggested and pick up an unlocked phone from carphone or somewhere else.0
