Just spent another £3.50 from my budget on Instyle magazine - I blame Martin for his recommendation - but I will use the nail polish and I often buy nails incs ones anyway (admittedly it could be argued I have far too many already but I like pretty nails!)

    Evening all

Had to do my grocery shopping today but that was budgetted so that spending was allowed. :A

NSD in terms of weekly spends so I'm declaring a very healthy and green £2.80 for this week. :j

pp - Hope your weeks spends haven't been too much of a disaster, and you enjoyed yourself.

f_f - hope you enjoyed your day off and not too busy.

Hi and welcome to any newbies or returning challengers.

I'm going to attempt £20 again next week, as going bridesmaid dress shopping on weds, so that is bound to include lunch.

    Enjoy the BH weekend all.

    Hi all,

i think i exceeded my budget by £5 :o. Not great, but better than i did the time before .

I'll be going for another £10 budget next week and will try not to exceed it :o.

LOL - yes P_P i did enjoy the carrot cake, but felt guilty after eating it. That was £4 i could have saved. Oh well, i take comfort in that i had a couple of nsd this week, which is a result :T.

Hope it's going well for everyone else.

Have a great weekend all .

I didn't think I was going to manage it this week with my big spend so early on BUT so far so good! I haven't counted the money spent buying mystery shop items as this is obviously reimbursed! I spent £21 last sunday I think, £1.14 on postage, £2.95 last night so total of £25.09! Not too bad!

I am going for £25 next week as I can't see us spending loads!!

Under budget this week at 17.89
    Weekly spend was going well:
DS £5 - school lunch - I know this is extravagant but have been a lot of changes at home with food / spends so easing him in gently!!
Lightbulbs for cooker hood - £2.89 - now Im cooking everyday opposed to 1-2 times a week I need the lights
Bottles of water - £10:eek::eek::eek: got caught out at meeting i'd organised in extremely hot room with no water cooler - so off to the rip off hospital shop.

Please put me down for £20 for next week also please
