I think they are a complete waste of money, at best they are gimmicky, at worst they are incredibly tacky.

If your vans already have your details on then a personalised registration plate isn't going to make much difference.

Number plates are a waste of money, word of mouth however is absolutely priceless.

A big thanks to all the comp posters for their effort

I look at them and think 'ego'; then I think 'waste of money' then I think 'their customers were overcharged, and they were the ones who paid for that'. So, no, it wouldn't convince me.

Funny you should say that as I walked past a filthy white van yesterday that was delivering what looked like a business buffet lunch into a town centre building. UGH, UGH and UGH.

When I worked with my parents in their business, they bought a new van. It was a little Suzuki Carry van and it replaced a similar model.

The amount of customers that said....Oooo, got a new van, you must be making plenty of money.

Whilst I realise that you are not changing your vehicles, you don't want to be seen to have lots of money to spend.

The plates may be noticeable to a passer by, but don't upset your existing client base ;)
