Help! Want to move from Freeparking.co.uk

I have just got freeparking webmail access back again,
connection to pop3 server is very intermitent.
No new emails since 6:00am today.
No reply to support requests.
I have had the odd email since friday but I know I haven't received the bulk of them for the last 3 days. I opened a support request on friday but they have not come back to me with any explanation whatsoever. Normally they reply quite quickly. I think they have been updating something this weekend and it has gone wrong but they should let people know what is happening!0 -
Have moved email to google apps a couple of hours ago.
Speed is fantastic0 -

No Emails received for last 2 days. 2 internet bookings (ferry and hotel) not acknowledged. Sent 7 test mails succesfully to another address this morning 90 minute delay0

Any chance you can send me an idiots guide so I can change to Google Apps. I have had a look this morning but I can't seem to find the settings in the Freeparking settings to make the changes Google is asking for.

BUMPED for assistance0

Mine have started to come back. I still reckon I'm "owed" quite a few, though...
I can't see how changing to Google Apps would fix problems with a remote POP3 server, incidentally.0 -

Yes mine have started coming back as well but as you say some are missing.
As for Google Apps, i thought by using this you removed the need for a seperate POP3 mail server as, by using your own domain, Google did this for you. I may be wrong though.0 -

Holy not reading previous answers to the thread, batman! They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
