Help! Want to move from Freeparking.co.uk

I have had the odd email since friday but I know I haven't received the bulk of them for the last 3 days. I opened a support request on friday but they have not come back to me with any explanation whatsoever. Normally they reply quite quickly. I think they have been updating something this weekend and it has gone wrong but they should let people know what is happening!

How do you do that? Can you still use your own domain so you can send and receive mail so it looks like it comes from '@yourdomin.com'?

No Emails received for last 2 days. 2 internet bookings (ferry and hotel) not acknowledged. Sent 7 test mails succesfully to another address this morning 90 minute delay

Any chance you can send me an idiots guide so I can change to Google Apps. I have had a look this morning but I can't seem to find the settings in the Freeparking settings to make the changes Google is asking for.

Mine have started to come back. I still reckon I'm "owed" quite a few, though...

I can't see how changing to Google Apps would fix problems with a remote POP3 server, incidentally.

Yes mine have started coming back as well but as you say some are missing.

As for Google Apps, i thought by using this you removed the need for a seperate POP3 mail server as, by using your own domain, Google did this for you. I may be wrong though.
