O2 Returns policy?

Hi -

Has anyone had any experience with returning a contract phone on the 14 day 'grace' period you have after receiving the phone?

I got the Blackberry 8900 as an upgrade yesterday but can't decide whether I want to keep it, exchange for the Bold, or even another phone (there are so many great phones coming out in the next couple of months).

I think its 7 days for upgrades, just call them and they'll send you a bag to return it if you decide you don't want it.

what do the terms of the contract state as the process for returns? Oh, and first you'll have to decide what you want...

Besides they do work for O2, so that's probably for the best! :beer: (At least I think they do!)
